Just as the earth thaws and stretches toward the light, so too does the body. After the quiet introspection of winter, spring arrives as a season of potent renewal.

Set amidst the private grounds of Casa Chandra in Fontanile, Rinascita is an invitation to clear winter stagnation (Kapha) and align with spring’s immediate harvest. We combine Himalayan Hatha Tantra practices with farm-to-table Ayurvedic nourishment in the rolling hills of Piedmont.
