Walking the Himalayan Path

The JOURNEY

I've always sensed something deeper beneath the surface. Yoga is where I've encountered myself repeatedly, honestly, without escape. In this meeting place, I've found both unravelling and wholeness. Years ago, I began deepening my studies of the Himalayan Tradition. Through Sri Vidyā and the Yoga Sūtra, I found what a decade in film never offered: authentic presence as lived reality, not concept.

From Illusion to Truth:

After years of hustling behind the scenes in the film industry, I felt profoundly misaligned with my inner truth. The work was visually striking, yet it lacked genuine depth. That awakening sparked a simple realisation: there must be something more.

Yoga is moksha shastra, a teaching of liberation from our limited understanding of ourselves. It's a lifelong practice that demands showing up repeatedly. If you keep practising, subtle shifts emerge: life feels more joyful, more full, more divine.

The veils of ignorance slowly dissolved, and I encountered something far more potent than any image: direct experience with our Divine self. This is Tantra.

WHY I Teach

My dharma is to share this sacred ground with you. Whether you are new to yoga or deepening your practice, we begin by reconnecting with the breath, the bridge between body and consciousness.

None of us is free, unless all of us are free.

Everything unfolds from here. We practice toward equanimity, embracing a real, imperfect, and deeply human experience. It is a constant return home to the elixir of who and what we are at our core, so that we can all live freely, embodying joy, surrender, and fulfilment.

This is yoga as witness. Yoga as devotion. Yoga as spiritual ground.

The Breath

as A Bridge

The Himalayan tradition offers what the modern world forgot:

a map of consciousness that doesn't require escape.

Instead, it invites the most radical act:

inhabit ourselves completely☉

Hatha Tantra is a practice of descent, not escape. While other traditions teach us to rise above the body and desire, Hatha Tantra teaches us to dive deeper. The word itself ha (sun) and tha (moon), speaks to the union of opposites: light and shadow, masculine and feminine, effort and surrender.

We've been taught the body is an inconvenience, emotions are obstacles, desire is something to overcome. The Himalayan tradition says: the body is the temple, and desire (when understood) is the gateway to liberation.

ANCIENT WISDOM

IN THE body

Tantra YOGA Classes

A person with curly hair holding a large pink hydrangea flower in front of their face outdoors with trees and a cloudy sky in the background.

In our age of digital fragmentation, this is revolutionary. While the world asks you to be everywhere at once, this practice brings you home. These sessions are about presence, wholeness, and showing up in your own life exactly as you are.

This practice isn't about escape or transcendence. It's a radical act of self-discovery and reverence. We dive deeper into the body, working with what's actually present: breath, sensation, emotion, desire. Moving through polarities effort and surrender, strength and softness we discover what integration feels like. Your body becomes the teacher. Your breath becomes the guide.

Find Freedom Through Presence

These guided sessions prepare you to experience Vishoka Meditation©, the luminous state of being free from suffering. Rather than bypassing difficulty, we move through it with awareness, using systematic relaxation to dissolve the patterns that bind us.

In each session, I guide you through essential steps that quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. As tension releases and breath finds its rhythm, the suffering we carry begins to transform.

Rooted in the Himalayan meditative tradition, liberation comes from meeting your experience with complete presence. Through systematic relaxation, we release what no longer serves us and discover the peace beneath all things.

Over time, these practices bring you closer to Vishoka, that state where suffering loses its grip. I'm deepening my studies to become a fully certified guide of Vishoka Meditation©, and I look forward to walking this journey with you toward the freedom that was always yours.
